Six more Medical Practices sign with CodoniX
Potomac, MD June 1, 2010 Six more medical practices recently signed licensing agreements with CodoniX for their award winning CodoniXnotes EMR software application. The sites include, Now Urgent Care of Goodyear, AZ, StatMed in Belleair, FL, Premier Urgent Care in Wilmington, OH, Urgent Care of Westchester in Westchester, OH, The Medical Practice of Eleia Reyes and Susan Alcasid in Fairfield, OH, and DC Intermediate and Primary Care of Washington, D.C.
The CodoniXnotes system provides a total solution for medical practices. Patients are registered in the system at the front desk and placed on the tracker board where their progress is documented and followed by medical and administrative
staff. Orders for labs and X Rays can be placed and results and findings added to the chart. Prescriptions can be written and submitted electronically or printed out for the patient. The final chart is coded automatically and audited to CMS
standards for optimum reimbursement. A “super bill” and receipt is generated for the patient and all billing information is instantly available to the billing department or can be sent electronically to a billing company.
“We are very pleased to add these practices to our growing client list” said Dr. Andrew Muchmore, founder and Chairman of CodoniX. “Urgent Care and Primary Care represent a major market for us, and our application is uniquely positioned to meet
the specific needs of the Urgent Care and Primary Care market. Our workflow mimics that of a well run practice so that clinics can easily implement the CodoniX system without changing their current workflow or business practices. CodoniXnotes is an intuitive application and is easy use by both clinicians and administrative personnel with very little training. The average user is able to quickly understand the CodoniX application and become a productive user with less than three hours of our web based instruction."
