Andrew Muchmore, MD - Founder, Chairman, and Chief Technology Officer

In 1995 Dr. Muchmore founded CodoniX, Inc., a medical software company that develops and distributes applications that capture clinical data from the physician-patient encounter. After graduating with honors in Biology from Stanford University, Dr. Muchmore earned an MD degree from the University of California, Los Angeles, where he was awarded the Medical Society Research Prize and was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha honorary society. Dr. Muchmore completed an internship and residency at the UCLA hospital and was awarded the Upjohn Achievement Award as the outstanding resident. An author of more than 85 peer-reviewed articles on health care and biotechnology, he headed a laboratory at the National Cancer Institute for 15 years before joining Capital Emergency Associates, an emergency medicine physician staffing company with seven hospital contracts responsible for more than 250,000 emergency visits per year. As a full partner and a member of the management board, Dr. Muchmore was responsible for a top-to-bottom audit and review of charting and billing practices. The results of that study led to the founding of CodoniX.

William H. Boles - President and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Boles joined CodoniX in June 2001 after serving as a part-time consultant to the company. He comes to CodoniX from Quantum Corporation, where he served as vice president and general manager of its Branded Products Division, a $250 million division specializing in DLT tape storage solutions. Previously, he was vice president of sales and marketing for Olympus America, where he was responsible for the introduction of Olympus's award-winning digital cameras and imaging products as well as the overall marketing efforts for their film cameras, micro-cassette recorders, optical storage products and industrial printers. After graduating with honors from Stanford University with a bachelor's degree in Engineering and a master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mr. Boles worked for Hewlett Packard Company for more than 20 years, where he held a variety of engineering and marketing management positions in the U.S. and Europe.

Chi Wing Lee - Vice President, Software Design and Development

After joining CodoniX in 1995, Mr. Lee has overseen design and implementation of various versions of CodoniX software, including porting the original CodoniX program to WinPlus, developing CodoniX 2000, and developing CodoniX software for web-based applications. After graduating from the University of Bonn, Germany with a degree in mathematics and computer science, Mr. Lee worked for Format Software, GmbH in Cologne, Germany, where he developed source code that was licensed to Oracle Corporation. Mr. Lee continued his work in designing and implementing WinPlus 3.0 when Format Software, GmbH was sold to Spinnaker Software and later to ObjectPlus.

Debra Mathein - Vice President Strategic Processes and Technologies

Ms. Mathein joined CodoniX in 2000. She was responsible for developing the data base and reports structure for the CodoniX application and is responsible for clinical and administrative work flow development for all customer installations as well as all customer system customizations and database development. Prior to joining CodoniX, Ms. Mathein worked in finance and systems development for Harris Lanier Corporation, Bienville Real Estate and Property Management, BJ Electric, and Creative Education Options. She has a BA in Accounting from Michigan State University and a BS in Accounting from University of South Alabama.

Stephen Speights - Vice President Sales and Business Development

Mr. Speights joined CodoniX in 2001. He held previous sales and sales management positions with Sharp, Olympus, Sony, and Exabyte. In these previous positions he demonstrated strong relationship sales skills and has successfully sold at the board level to corporations and resellers. He is responsible for managing all regional sales activity and partner relationships. Mr. Speights has a BS in Business from Towson State University.
